Because of the storms predicted for the original date of September 23rd, the Semi-Annual Meeting and Picnic has been re-scheduled for Saturday, October 7th from 4-6PM at Trinitie Park. There will be a short meeting, followed by food provided by High Cotton.

A new Invitation will be sent via email and text before the Meeting/Picnic. Please RSVP AGAIN and let us know if you will be able to attend so we can ensure that the picnic food is adequate, but that food is not wasted. If you are not able to respond via these methods, please contact the CPOA office as noted below by September 28th to RSVP and let us know your name, address and how many will attend. If you RSVP and find you are unable to attend, please let us know.

Hope to see you there!
