Welcome to the Architectural Review Board (ARB) page.  The CPOA Covenants require ARB approval for all new construction and all post-construction exterior changes, including but not limited to painting, window replacement, roofing, decking, additions, auxiliary buildings, and fences.

If you would rather submit a physical application, you may use the printable form below and drop your application in the CPOA/SSCA mailbox at our offices at 13 Skyline Road, Southern Shores, NC 27949. If the office is open, please come in and leave them at the CPOA office at the same address.
