Plans and runs activities in Trinitie and Poteskeet Parks such as the Annual Picnic, Halloween Trunk-or-Treat, Earth Week, and other projects such as the Angel Tree program that Chicahauk supports each December. This group also handles flag installation at our entrances and other seasonal decorations.

 

Maintains CPOA properties such as the parks and entrances as well as beach access and bike paths. This includes painting and repair of Chicahauk facilities, and plantings and plant maintenance in addition to special cleanups such as during Earth Week.

 

Reviews all construction, renovation, and alteration plans for compliance with Chicahauk Covenants.

 

Helps with tasks such as office support during yearly projects, Facebook postings, creating posters for events and other member communications.

 

Performs analysis and review of issues and develops recommendations on large scale projects such as sidewalk or tennis court repair. Also does a bi-annual review of all Chicahauk assets to determine future needs.
