The CPOA is supporting the Outer Banks Women’s Club Angel Tree Gift program again this year by collecting gifts from Chicahauk residents for children in Dare County during this holiday season. The OBWC has provided us a holiday wish list from six boys and girls of all ages. Click on our
Angel Tree Link to select the gifts you want to share with these children as you do your shopping this holiday season!
The deadline for participating in this program is
November 30th so sign up as soon as possible. Once you buy your gifts, drop them off at the Chicahauk office in the Pitt Center Tuesdays or Thursdays. More details are provided on the signup website. If you have any questions, please contact Carolyn Hoover (carolyn_hoover@hotmail.com). Thanks for helping these kids have a special Christmas.

Planning an exterior update or an additional structure on your Chicahauk lot? Don’t forget that prior to construction, CPOA Architectural Review Board approval is required. Your project may also need a permit from the town before proceeding so before beginning your project check with the town and the ARB. This is mostly online now so plans can be more easily submitted and quickly reviewed. Doing these in the correct order will help prevent any unnecessary delays in getting your project started. See the
Architectural Review Board page on the website.
